The status of waders breeding on coastal meadows on Öland: effects of predator control on wader breeding success

Meadow-breeding waders are declining in numbers and one reason behind observed declines is predation of eggs and chicks. In this project we will evaluate the effects on wader breeding success of an increased hunting pressure on predators. This is a joint project between ornithologists, hunters and land-owners.
