International
Malmö Academy of Music is located in southern Sweden, close to the European continent and the city of Copenhagen in Denmark. We have a long tradition of working internationally. Many international teachers and later exchange teachers have been with us over the years.
Malmö Academy of Music was from the beginning in the SOCRATES/ERASMUS and NORDPLUS exchange programs for teachers and students. We now have institutional agreements in most European countries and access to Lund University's agreements with universities all over the world.
Since more than 20 years we offer special courses for foreign students. We also have international Master programs at our Academy of Music.
An international environment characterizes the Malmö Academy of Music and internationalization is an integral part in the educations. We are actively working to educate future musicians and music teachers in a way that reflects the surrounding multicultural society.
