The target group is persons working with SRHR, in managing position and that have responsibility to develop capacity and knowledge within SRHR. Participants should have a background as midwives/teachers in the health care sector or gynaecologists/obstetricians.
The applicants should be in a managerial position on a policy or administrative level, thus having coordinating role or in another way have influence over policy, strategies and implementation of efforts. The applicant should be working with/or planning for a project or programme to improve sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Participants can be representatives from ministries, health care, or NGOs with documented activity within the sector. A balance between different fields of expertise and between women and men will be strived for.
Preferably a team consisting of 2-5 people from each country should apply. This increases the possibilities to implement knowledge and experiences from the training programme in their home countries. This team should represent different work categories.
The participants shall have good knowledge in English and have at least 5 years work experience.
