Gunvor Stenlund

Gunvor Stenlund teaches and supervises psychodynamic psychotherapy, and is director for the department’s psychotherapy clinic. She is primarily interested in the psychotherapeutic meeting, and the emotional relation between client and therapist. Her research is focused on brief psychodynamic psychotherapy – interaction, change, and outcome – with a focus on the affective communication between client and therapist.

Gunvor Stenlund undervisar och handleder i psykodynamisk terapi, samt är föreståndare för institutionens psykoterapimottagning. Hon är framför allt intresserad av det terapeutiska mötet och den känslomässiga relationen mellan klient och terapeut. Hennes forskning handlar om psykodynamisk korttidsterapi – samspel, förändring och utfall – med fokus på interaktionen i den terapeutiska situationen, som den kommer till uttryck i den affektiva kommunikationen mellan klient och terapeut.
